Summery

This project was extremely fun for me, but quite stressful. The main problems I encountered was coming up with an idea for the brief but once I got passed that I was quite confident with the animating part. The story board also had to have been changed a few times because of when trying to animate, the scene gave me too much trouble from certain angles.

All and all it was quite fun animating it and I learned how to use Flash a lot better than I did before so I got may positives things from this project.

Electricity for Bad Guy Reference

This will Help me when animation the electricity on the villain although not exactly how I would like... it does provide enough information on how visible electricity behaves.

Character References

From - Foster's home for imaginary friends.

This was my main influence for my character because he is very different to what and how I normally draw. He is very simple and I normally go for more detailed characters.

Batman Beyond was my influence for the villain mainly for the style of drawing.

Samurai Jack also gave me the idea of having the villain as a robot as this works better for kids when having limbs chopped of and it replaces the blood and gore with wires and electricity.

It was also for my style of animating as it has no outlines, just lines within the character to indicate the arms or more.

Pet Society is a facebook game but I was also very influenced by this with the colours and style of animation.
